Our holiday home resort blends harmoniously into the rising terrain and each apartment provides a wonderful panoramic view over Bad Kleinkirchheim and the mountains. We called our three apartment-lines like our local mountains: Maibrunn, Strohsack and Kaiserburg.
Our house in the first line called "Maibrunn" has five apartments divided on two floors (main floor and 1st floor). All apartments are equipped with a separated terrace including outdoor furniture. Also located in this area is our reception and the lockable ski stable.
All our apartments are modern and equipped with comfortable furniture. At our resort there is also a large playground /lawn. You can leave your car in the carport (7 parking lots) or park for free on our own parking spaces. For your disposal is a lockable stable for eg. your bike. We also have a coin washing machine and coin dryer for your use, as well as internet access. You will be able to rent an USB Modem, while your on vacation for simple and fast internet connection.
You can choose between three types of apartments:
Little star Apartment (Type A), Family Apartment (Type B) and Comfort Apartment (Type C)
Little star Apartment
with approximately 43m²
for 2 - 4 people
The apartment is structured like this: a windscreen, a hall, a bathroom including a toilet, a double bedroom, a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed, kitchen and private terrace with outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave. More also in every apartment is a SAT - TV and radio.
Family Apartment
with approximately 51m²
for 3 - 6 people
The apartment is structured like this: a windscreen, a hall, a bathroom including a toilet, a double bedroom, another bedroom with bunk beds, a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchen and a private terrace with outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave. More also in every apartment is a SAT - TV and radio.
Comfort Apartment
